尊敬的在校外籍教师与同学们：

Happy New Year! Because of the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the new coronavirus and its infectivity, We make the specific arrangements as follows for the physical and mental health of all foreigners:

新年好！因新型冠状病毒肺炎具有传染性，为了各位教师与学生的身心健康，本着为各位安全负责的原则，我校具体通知如下：

Since 22:00 on January 27, 2020, the foreign teachers and students’apartments have practiced the closed management, with all personnel wearing masks entering and real-time temperature measurement registration.

自2020年1月27日22:00起，对外教与留学生公寓进行封闭管理，实行所有人员戴口罩进入，实时测温并登记。

During this period, our school will arrange disinfection twice a day: one in the morning and another in the afternoon. Ventilate indoors twice a day, each time no less than 30 minutes.And Wash your hands frequently, and drink plenty of water.

在此期间，学校将安排上、下午两次消毒，请校内外住宿的外籍人员上、下午通风两次，每次不低于30分钟。尽量勤洗手，多喝水。

If any foreigners with temperature abnormality, please reports to School. The International Office will report to Hebei Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs and the Provincial Department of Education in accordance with the procedures and arrange the foreign expert infected with the new coronavirus to visit the designated hospital.

外籍人员若出现体温异常，请第一时间告诉学校，国际处将依程序上报省外专局和省教育厅并安排外国专家到指定医院就诊。

Avoid areas which are crowded (such as hospitals, train stations and airports), especially not to visit friends who are in areas with epidemics.Avoid visiting other rooms, or getting together in a dormitory in case of cross infection. Please avoid close contact with people who have respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough and expectoration.

请各位外籍教师与学生尽量不去人员密集的地方（如医院、火车站、机场等），特别是走亲访友。同时避免相互串宿舍、在宿舍内聚会等，以免交叉感染。避免与有发热及咳嗽、咯痰等呼吸道症状的人密切接触。

The temporary inconvenience is for everyone's health. Please all foreign teachers and students support and understand the work of the school, and tell each other and cooperate.
